2008 was a great year for us. A new happy, healthy baby boy, Ryan starting school, and basically no major catastrophies! We are looking forward to another great year in the Grattan household for 2009.
Christmas was good, the boys were spoiled of course, and Scott and I enjoyed watching Ryan love all his stuff. He has been singing Christmas songs since October, and I am sure that he will continue to do so for at least another couple of months. I will try to get some video up of his school program, it was a hoot!
Marcus is growing like a weed. He has his 6 month checkup just before Christmas, and he is just over 19 lbs and 27 1/2 inches! He is really trying hard to catch up with Ryan! He loves to sit and watch his big brother do anything, and is very ticklish, so he laughs a lot!
Ryan lost his first tooth before the holidays, and the new one is well on its way in. He is the first in his class, so it has been a learning experience for all the kiddos. Marcus has finally broken his first tooth, and we think that the second one is close behind.
Scott and I continue working away at the same jobs. This year will mark 10 years for me at the Workforce Center, and 4 for Scott at Hilltop. Things are always changing both places, so never a dull moment!
We wish you all a very happy and healthy new year filled with fun and family. We hope to have lots of visitors this year, we would love to have you!

Marcus is now over 4 months, he just had his well child visit and he is 26 inches long and 16 lbs! He is happy as ever, even though he is trying to get a tooth or 2. He is doing great at day care, smiles and talks all the time, and is a great snuggler! We are all getting over being sick, but doing well. We are excited for Halloween tomorrow, and I will get pictures up as soon as I can.
We took the boys to the pumpkin patch and corn maze and had a great time. Hope all is well with everyone, love to all.
